​1. Acceptance of Terms: By taking possession of, interacting with, or otherwise utilizing the supplied Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&C"). If you do not agree to these T&C, do not use the card.

​2. Permitted Use: The card is provided for shared, non-commercial use and is not to be rewritten, primarily for enjoyment and fun for the convention. Any use for illegal activities, or activities that cause distress or harm to anyone, is strictly prohibited.

​3. User Responsibilities: Accepting this card makes you the user responsible to share the card.

​You are responsible for any damage, or changes made to this card. If you try change or fomat this card to abuse, neglect, or cause unreasonable stress, we will be notified.

​4. Safety and Liability: The provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting missuse or attempting to change the informationon this card, including but not limited to loss of sleep, damage to chicken nuggies, or stolen catnip.

​5. Termination of Use: The provider reserves the right to reclaim the card at any time if these T&C are violated, or if the provider deems the card to be in an unsafe or unsuitable environment. Upon termination, the card must be returned immediately to a designated location.

​6. Governing Law: These T&C shall be governed by the laws of the Jurisdiction of Columbus, Ohio, Any disputes arising under these T&C shall be resolved by a neutral panel in the court of law.
