• ​The Get Catted Den (Community Hub): The landing page is open to all. It’s a streamlined space where users can read about the project. The focus here is on low-pressure friendship, removing the "clout-chasing" atmosphere of larger social media influencers to foster genuine connections.

• ​The Gold Card Lottery: To keep room parties safe but inclusive. Any user can use the card to access the friend site. If selected, and you have receive a "Gold Playing Card", This grants you entry to the designated room party. It’s a system where a first-time attendee has the same chance to party as a fandom veteran.

• ​Tap-to-Connect Integration: The site is optimized for mobile NFC technology. At conventions, you can simply tap your GOLD CARD to another furry's device to instantly pull up the site, making "ice-breaking" cool!

• ​The "Plus-One" System: In the spirit of true inclusion, anyone who accesses the GOLD CARD, Is encouraged to reach out to non Card holders act as community ambassadors, inviting others to walk the con floor with them, enjoy the common spaces, and ensure no one has to explore the convention alone.

​The Vision: Bringing Back the Magic

​The website’s aesthetic leans into a vibrant, welcoming, and slightly retro-hyperpop vibe (think "Way of Fate" energy). It’s not just a tool; it’s a statement against the "pay-to-play" or "invite-only" culture.

​User Experience

• ​Connect: Use the "TAP" feature to find friends in the lobby or at the con.

• ​Party: If the Cat picks you, your Gold Card activates, giving you the location and access code for the night's festivities.

• ​Include: Use the "Open Invitation" tag on your GOLD CARD to let others know they can join your group as you explore the Con event space.

Acceptance of Terms: By taking possession of, interacting with, or otherwise utilizing the supplied Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&C"). If you do not agree to these T&C, do not use the card.

GOLD CARD User Card Agreement

​By accepting and using this card, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This initiative is built on trust, inclusion, and the shared goal of making the convention experience better for everyone.

​1. User Responsibilities

​As a cardholder, you are an ambassador of this initiative. Your role is to foster connection within the community.

  • ​Community Standards: You agree to be respectful, inclusive, and welcoming. This card must be shared without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
  • ​Personal Agency & Safety: Sharing via NFC is strictly voluntary. You maintain full control over your card. While we encourage open sharing to maintain the spirit of inclusion, your personal safety and boundaries are the priority.

* The "Bias" Rule: You are never permitted to "pick and choose" who you share with based on personal bias or exclusion. However, if a specific situation makes you feel genuinely uncomfortable or unsafe, you are under no obligation to share.

​2. Permitted Use

​This card is a tool for enjoyment and social connection. It is not a business tool.

  • ​Non-Commercial Restrictions: This card and its associated access are strictly not for sale. You may not charge fees for "taps," use the card to promote paid services, or leverage it for business solicitation.
  • ​Consequences of Misuse: Any attempt to use this card for financial gain or profit will result in the immediate and permanent termination of all access privileges.
  • ​Prohibited Conduct: You may not rewrite, hack, or tamper with the card’s internal data. Any use of this card for illegal activities, harassment, or actions that cause distress or harm to others is strictly prohibited.

​3. Safety, Liability, and Conflict Resolution

​We want everyone to have a great time, but individual conduct remains the responsibility of the cardholder.

    • ​Liability Shield: The distributor is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the misuse of the card or unauthorized attempts to alter its information.
    • ​Third-Party Actions: The distributor disclaims all responsibility for the individual actions, statements, or representations made by card ambassadors.
    • ​Conflict Resolution: * At the Event: If an unsafe environment or immediate threat occurs, please contact convention staff or security immediately to prevent further issues.
      • ​Reporting: After ensuring your safety, please contact the website owner/creator to report the incident.
      • ​General Disputes: For any non-emergency issues or safety concerns regarding the initiative, contact the website owner via the official contact page for resolution.

​Note: Failure to adhere to these standards undermines the community. The distributor reserves the right to reclaim the card at any time if these Terms and Conditions are violated, or if the provider deems the card to be used in an unsafe or unsuitable practice. Upon termination, the card must be returned immediately to a location designated by the provider. Failure to return the card upon request may result in further legal action.

 

​​These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Jurisdiction of Columbus, Ohio. Any disputes arising under these terms that cannot be resolved through the website creator shall be settled by a neutral panel in a court of law within said jurisdiction.
